Good shoes, frustrating checkout.

My new ATOM sneakers are great, but the KURU Cash and promo code system is still clunky at 27% off.

So happy with my LUNAs!

My LUNA sneakers are amazing! Shipping took about a week, which was totally fine. I used a promo code from signing up for emails and got a nice discount. I'm definitely telling all my friends and will be back for another pair soon!

Good value with new customer offer

I needed new walking shoes and kept seeing KURU mentioned for foot pain. I grabbed the QUANTUM sneakers when they had a new customer discount for $15 off. That made them competitive with other brands I looked at. Shipping took about 6 days to get to my place in Ohio. The shoes feel solid and well-made for the price I paid. I feel like I got good value for my money.

Solid FLUX shoes, good support

I ordered a pair of FLUX casual sneakers a few weeks ago. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I got a confirmation email right away. Shipping took exactly 5 days to reach me in Arizona, which was pretty standard. When they arrived, the packaging was fine, nothing fancy but protected the shoes. I got them because I deal with plantar fasciitis and wanted to try the KURUSOLE tech. The support for my heel has been noticeable; it's not a miracle cure but definitely helps reduce the ache by the end of the day. The shoes themselves feel durable and the mesh upper is breathable. I contacted their support once about sizing before buying, and they responded within 24 hours, which was helpful. Overall, a good experience and a solid product for my needs.

I'm looking at getting the KINETIC, but I also have a new customer code and a KURU Cash reward. Can I use both at checkout?

T Tara 2 months ago

Nah, pretty sure you can only use one coupon code at a time. The system usually just takes the first one or gives an error if you try to stack.

From my experience, it's one or the other. I'd go with whichever gives you the bigger discount, or save the KURU Cash for another purchase if the new customer deal is better.

Are these shoes actually good for plantar fasciitis or is it just marketing hype? I've tried everything.

R Ryan 2 months ago

Dude, not hype at all. My feet used to ache constantly and since wearing my KURUs, the pain is SO much better. The heel cup thing really works.

They seriously helped me. My podiatrist actually recommended them after I complained about my Hoka's not quite cutting it for my heel pain. Worth every penny for the relief.

Does anyone know if KURU does a military discount? My husband is a vet and I'm trying to surprise him.

W Wendy Reyes 2 months ago

Yep, they totally do! I think you just need to verify through a service like ID.me at checkout.

They offer it. I used mine last year, just look for the link or button during the payment step.

What's the deal with returns? If they don't fit right, is it a hassle to send them back?

P Phil Ito 2 months ago

Returns were super easy for me. I just printed a label and dropped them off. No issues getting my money back.

I returned a pair that weren't quite right. Just make sure they're not worn outside, I think there's a specific timeframe too, like 30 or 45 days. But yeah, pretty straightforward.

Thinking of getting some for my mom for Mother's Day, but worried about shipping. How long does it usually take to get to, say, California?

F Faith Marsh 2 months ago

Standard shipping usually gets to me in SoCal within about 5-7 business days, sometimes quicker. If you're near a major city, it's usually faster.

Yeah, I ordered mine on a Monday and got them by the end of the week. They're pretty quick if they have it in stock.
